Sindo
"Inhale...now, exhale." Sindo is an Indonesian form of martial arts characterized by a strong emphasis on breathing practices and internal balance. Once a practitioner's insides are strong and peaceful, they are able to concentrate on the physical actions associated with the form. Overview Sindo is a modern form of Indonesian silat which is a combination of practical self defence, combat martial art and the internal martial arts. Founded and lead by Kak Jimmy Thaibsyah who has trained in various martial arts since 1972.
