Before you begin your two-day summit climb, you will spend a day in Climbing School. Our Climbing School offers aspiring mountaineers a comprehensive overview of mountaineering techniques that begin to meet the challenges set forth by this magnificent mountain. It's a great introduction or refresher course if you haven't been in the mountains for a while. The day after Climbing School, you will begin your two-day summit climb on Rainier.
