DETAILS
This 6 week class has it all and it’s for all levels! Drills on the beach, plyometrics, running, conditioning exercises, and stretches. Don’t spend your time indoors on a treadmill, join your friends on the BEACH for Boot Camp and tan while you sweat. There will never be a dull moment in this fast-paced, individually challenging class. Each individual will be challenged at their own level and inspired to push to their greatest potential.
