Walking or running in water offers many of the same benefits you gain on land but far fewer impact-related injuries. Water resistance makes the workout even more effective. Ankle weights and resistance dumbbells available for use.

6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Monday thru Thursday)
Cost:
$3 per visit.
$80 for 30-visit pass for residents.
$90 for 30-visit pass for non-residents.
