Flyers Gymnastics Program at Trousdell Gymnastics Center - Tallahassee, FL - City of Tallahassee, FL. This program is designed for an older age group of participants interested in learning gymnastics. The Flyers A and B classes emphasize beginning and intermediate level skills listed above in the beginning and intermediate information. The most advance gymnast (Flyer C) will work on skills such as backhand springs, aerials (floor), kips, front hip circles (bars) and front handsprings (vault).
