Detailed Description

River Bend Nature Center presents our 8th Annual Maple Syrup Fun Run 5K Run and 1M Walk. The race course leads runners on our gravel and natural walking and hiking trails. This moderately challenging race features beautiful scenery through our woods, prairies, and past wetlands and river. All ages are welcome to participate. Registration fees will be announced soon and include each runner's ticket to our Pancake Brunch which immediately follows the run and is open to the public. The top male, female, and child (14 and under) runners each get a bottle of real maple syrup from River Bend's own maple sap harvest.
