Wu Tai Chi Rou (softness) and gon (energetic). This is the original form of Master Wu
Chion-Chuan (1870-1942) and one of the main forms of Tai Chi Chuan. Wu is characterized
by agility, smoothness and continuity. Mike Ma grew up in Hong Kong studying many of the
martial arts and chose Wu as his favorite, and has been sharing its health and martial arts
application for 25 years.
