Tai Chi “Flow Motion” classes are meditation in motion. Six principles of Tai Chi include going slow, being relaxed, flowing movements, continuous movements, sinking down, and the balancing yin and yang (harmony of opposites).
Ages 14 and up.
Time: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Dates: (A) June 10 – July 3
(B) July 8 – 31

Fee: $24/session
Register by: 1 week before start of each session
