Youth Baseball Leagues at Moccasin Creek Softball Complex

Season: Practice begins June 2. Games begin June 9. The season runs for nine weeks. Schedules: Leagues D Minor – C have games scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If games are not scheduled, practices are usually held. Game times are the same as practice times.
4th grade – D Minor – 12:30 p.m.
5th grade – D Major – 2 p.m.
6th grade – C League – 3:30 p.m.
7th and 8th grade & older – B League – 9 a.m.
Equipment: All equipment is provided except for personal items – gloves, caps, and shoes. Players may not wear steel cleats. Rubber-soled turf shoes are allowed. Every player will be issued a uniform that must be returned at the end of the season.
Eligibility: Participants must be entering the 4th grade in the fall of 2008 to begin the program. Those who turn 15 years of age on or before August 1, 2008, will not be allowed to participate in the B League baseball program, but are encouraged to try out for Teeners or Smitties Legion Baseball.
Fee: There is a $30 fee for baseball to be paid at the time of registration, $3 late fee added after May 21.
