Yoga classes in Lakewood in the Iyengar Tradition in Lakewood Colorado - Lakewood, CO - Blue Spruce Yoga. Over 25 years experience in teaching yoga in the Iyengar method, which concentrates on modifying poses for the individual, and is both active and restorative.
Classes are Mon, Tues, Thurs evenings from 5:45-7:15, and Wed and Fri mornings from 9-10:30, in the fellowship hall of the Lakewood United Church of Christ.
