Cooter's Revenge is the second race of the BamaCross Series.
Directions: From I-65 North or South, take exit 179 for US-82 W toward Millbrook/Prattville/Montgomery Toll Rd. Turn West on Cobbs Ford Rd/US-82. Turn left at US-82. Turn left
at CR-75/S McQueen Smith Rd. Head south on CR-75/S McQueen Smith Rd toward S Memorial Dr/US-31 N. Turn left at Cooter Pond Rd. Turn right toward Cooter Pond Rd.
Once inside the park turn left towards the boat launch then left again up the hill to the upper park. You will be instructed to park in the grass field only.

Notes/Instructions:
Racers may participate with a one day license available on site ($10) or with a current USCF or NORBA annual license ($60). Annual licenses may be purchased on line at
http://www.usacycling.org or onsite. Registration begins at 9:00am and closes 15 minutes before the start of each race. Warm up will be permitted on the course only between
events at the official’s discretion. Race is held rain or shine. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding bike. Mountain bikes are permitted but bar ends must be removed. The
promoter reserves the right to combine categories and/or prizes due to attendance. Categories under 5 racers will be combined. All U18 riders with a Category 1,2 or NORBA
Expert License must race with CX1/2/3 or Cat 3. NORBA Sport must race in CX 3/4. Alabama Cyclocross Series points are awarded individually and by team. Posted to

Payout Schedule – Men/Women A (CX1/2/3):
This is a USAC Category E event. Cash payout will be awarded 5 places deep not to exceed $499 for any category. $7 from each registration will be put into a prize money pot
and divided in half for the Men 1/2/3 and Women 1/2/3 categories. Payout is as follows: 1st place 40%, 2nd place 30%, 3rd place 15%, 4th place 10%, 5th place 5%
Course Description:
A scenic view of Cooter’s Pond with a mixture of fast grass, pavement, and sand. The course is mostly flat with a few gently rolling hills, two sets of barriers, a small dismount runup,
and a sand pit. Start and finish will be on pavement. The park facility provides permanent rest rooms and a covered pavilion.
