This eight lesson program is designed to familiarize beginners with basic gymnastics skills while building confidence, coordination, and self esteem. These classes will reinforce skill development, body alignment, balance, and strength. Development of these to more advance skills is an ongoing process in our program. This class will meet on Saturday mornings.
Age: 5 - 7 & 8 - 12 years olds
Fees: $18 #253 Resident / $20 Non Resident
Location: Recreation Center Gym
Starting Date: Saturday, November 8th
Deadline: Friday, November 7th
Class Limit: 18 Students
Class Length: 8 Lessons
Class Times: 8 - 12 year olds 8:30 - 9:45 am / 5 - 7 year olds 9:45 - 11:00 am |
