Two 10x60 courts in the floral garden at the Oregon State Fair northwest corner. - Salem, OR - Oregon USSSA. Salem Bocce League starts June 1st. May is our time to groom the courts, assemble teams, and practice before league opens. Championships are during Labor Day weekend, and first rounds will be opening weekend of the fair (last weekend in August). Teams comprise of 4 or 2 players, plus substitutes. Maximum cost per team is $100. You can play on your choice of nights, and takes a 1-2 hour commitment to play the best 2 out of 3 against another league opponent. Games go to 11. Any age, any gender, mix and match. Tournaments are also scheduled for 2009!
