The USFTL is the governing body of Flag Football in the United States! Catering to all styles including: 8-Man, 7-Man Screen, 9-Man Ineligible, 5 on 5, and 4 on 4! The Adult Divisions consist of 18-35 yrs old and the 35 & over!(ALL YOUTH LEAGUE PROGRAMS ARE 5 ON 5)

Join the USFTL & participate in any of the Tournaments around the Country, including the USFTL National Flag & Touch Football Championships held in Kissimmee, FL every year on Martin Luther King Day weekend! This 3-day event attracts almost 300 teams & brings over 12,000 people to the city of Kissimmee!
